Is the VAT included in the cost of my purchase?

For customers shopping within the EU, the prices displayed on our website already include VAT.

Customers shopping outside the EU may be subject to import charges, duties and taxes, including VAT, which are not included in the prices on our website. We recommend reading our Terms & Conditions for more details before making a purchase.

When will my order be shipped?

Once you place an order, processing usually takes 1-2 business days.

Then our carriers take it from there! You’ll get a shipping notification with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Am I responsible for customs fees and duties?

If you order to a delivery address outside the EU, your order may be subject to import charges, duties and taxes that you as a customer are responsible for paying. For more information please contact you local customs office before placing an order.

If you are based in the UK, your customs fee is paid for by Aarke and included in the price of shipping. We are working to make Aarke available customs-free in all countries in the future!

My tracking doesn’t seem to be working.

Sorry about that! In some cases, the carrier will take 1-2 business days to register the shipment status for your order.

If your tracking number still isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us with your order number.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t love your Aarke product. Please reach out to us with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll take it from there.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry, our packages don’t have return slips. Reach out to us and we’ll help you with your return or exchange.

What’s your return policy?

We offer returns for all orders. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. You must provide your order number in order to place a return.

The product(s) must be in its original packaging - and still in the same new condition as when the product(s) was received.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What do I do if I receive the wrong product?

Sorry about that! If you received something different from what you ordered, please contact us and we’ll be sure to get you the correct product.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We're currently working through a high volume of orders and may not be able to change or cancel your order prior to shipment.

I can't find my country in the list of locations you ship to--how can I buy Aarke products?

Unfortunately, we don't ship to your country at this time. However, our products might be available at your local retailers--check our store locator to see if we have retailers in your region.

If you are based in the USA or Canada, you can also shop Aarke online from our official distributor in the region at aarke-usa.com.

General Shipping Information

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from Aarke with a link to track your order. Please also check your Spam folder and contact us if you have not received the order within 6-10 days.

Please note that due to pandemic restrictions and high demand it can take up to 5 business days for orders to be shipped.
