If you experience any problem or have questions on how to use your machine, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@aarke.com. We will answer you within 24 hours on weekdays. You can write in English or Swedish. If you write in other languages we will forward your inquiry to the local distributor.

When contacting us, it is very helpful if you provide a video or a photo of your problem. Please also add your address and a copy of your receipt so we can process your request as quickly as possible.
