The Cylinder Loop is an on-demand gas cylinder exchange service. This means that when you sign up for the service and place your first order, we securely save your details. This way, next time you want to refill your cylinders, you can log in to our website and place an exchange order in just one click.

Check your cylinder needs above and place your first order to join The Cylinder Loop. You will create an Aarke account in the process to enable easy cylinder exchanges in the future.

Then the Loop kicks in:

1. Enjoy your sparkling water.

2. Once you have 2 empty cylinders, log in to our website and order an exchange.

3. You will receive 2 new cylinders. Take them out of the exchange box, place 2 empty cylinders that you already own inside the box and attach the enclosed return label.

4. Drop off the exchange box with the empty cylinders at your nearest Collect+ service point within 14 days to complete The Cylinder Loop.

Please note: If you do not send us empty cylinders within 14 days of receiving 2 full ones, we will charge you £25 per cylinder.

When you have logged in an placed a refill order, you will receive 2 full exchange cylinders from us.

From the receipt date you will have 14 days to send us back your empty cylinders using the same exchange box. If you don’t, we will charge you £25 per cylinder.

If you are based in the UK, drop off the exchange box with the empty cylinders at your nearest Collect+ service point.

Once you place the order and receive the order confirmation by email, the delivery time will then be 3-5 days. When this new order is on its way, you will receive an e-mail and a tracking link.

In The Cylinder Loop, 2 empty cylinders can be exchanged at a time with our exchange box. We recommend having 3 cylinders in total at home, so you can still have one in your Carbonator, while your other 2 are empty and waiting for exchange order to arrive.

Usually, yes. But it depends on the condition and model of your gas cylinder. We accept standard 425g /60L screw-in gas cylinders approved for use with sparkling water makers.

We do not accept cylinders that are damaged. We do not accept the Soda Stream Quick Connect cylinders with the pink ring.

In all other cases, yes – you can exchange your empty cylinder from another brand to get started with The Cylinder Loop.

The water will no longer become bubbly when you’re going through the usual carbonation steps. Before exchanging the empty cylinder, or putting it into the exchange box, you can double check that it is completely empty by depressing the center pin with a spoon. Any remaining CO2 will be removed then.
