When will my order be shipped?

Orders should ship within 1-5 business days of being placed.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending on your location from our warehouse centers, once an order is shipped, it can take an additional 3-7 business days to be delivered.

What kind of shipping do you offer?

Due to the nature of the product, at this time we only offer FedEx ground shipping for CO2.

My tracking doesn't seem to be working.

Once you receive your tracking information, please allow 24-48 hours for shipping information to populate. For more questions on where your package is, we recommend reaching out to the shipper directly with your tracking information as they will have a better understanding of where your package is.

How do I place a return or exchange?

Aarke CO2 is ineligible for returns. Customers that attempt to return their full CO2 cylinders with the return label will automatically receive a refill order. For assistance with your CO2 orders, please contact us at info@aarke.us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We kindly ask all customers to double check their shipping information and product information before checking out.

Once an order is placed, we may be unable to change/cancel an order. If you find you have made a mistake with your order, please email us immediately at info@aarke.us with your order number and correct information. From there, our team will see if it is possible to update or cancel your order.

I live in Canada, how can I purchase CO2?

At this time, our Toronto warehouse only holds Carbonator machines (no CO2).

My discount code isn't working

At this time we cannot apply discounts to Aarke Gas. If you are having other issues with your discount codes please contact us at info@aarke.us for assistance.

My order was marked as delivered, but I did not receive my order.

Aarke US is not responsible for packages marked delivered that may be stolen or missing. For further assistance, you can contact us at info@aarke.us

General Shipping Information

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from Aarke with a link to track your order. Please also check your Spam folder and contact us if you have not received the order within 6-10 days.

Please note that due to pandemic restrictions and high demand it can take up to 5 business days for orders to be shipped.

Please note that delivery times indicated above can be prone to delays due to Customs Control if you are located outside of Europe or during peak seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas.

If you are located in Australia or New Zealand, please note that carbonators sold on aarke.com are not compatible for your region. However, you can shop the compatible model of the Aarke Carbonator for your region at our official retailer.
